Every journey begins with a Personalised Strength Assessment Session — a 60 minute clinical consultation to understand your body, your goals, and your best pathway forward.
Choose a time that works for you. Completed in a small private studio, no judgement, just objectively criterias and a plan on where to start.
We review your health history, screen your movement, and identify what's getting in the way.
Walk out with a clear roadmap, which pathway suits you, what to do, and what to expect.

The Bone Health Pathway uses the ONERO® methodology — supervised, high-intensity resistance training clinically shown to support people with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Tom is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 12+ years of clinical experience in Manly. He founded Health Max to provide the kind of structured, evidence-based movement and strength training that most gyms don't offer.
Tom specialises in strength training for older adults, bone health and rehabilitation. He is also a certified ONERO® practitioner.

Daniel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist whose own sporting career injuries has shaped how he practises. Having lived through rehabilitation himself, he understands the frustration, the setbacks, and what it actually takes to come back stronger.
He has extensive experience helping older adults train safely and confidently, is a certified ONERO® practitioner delivering the Bone Health Pathway alongside Tom, and is genuinely concerend with acheiving beter client outcomes. .
