Exercise Physiologist have a minimum of 4 years of study and extensive work experience . This ensures top level supervision when it comes to exercising.

Our classes offer a friendly and encouraging environment, perfect for those new to weight training.
Most participants start with little to no exercise experience.
Weight and impact training is often overlooked in overall health strategy.
To ensure safety and continued progression this needs to be completed in a supervised environment.
This is particularly important for people over 50.
Any one can join, although the program is targeted at people with low bone density, it is a valuable option to ensure the maintenance and building of muscle mass and improvement in functionality.
