ONERO® is an evidence-based strength training program built specifically around bone health. Every session is supervised by an accredited Exercise Physiologist. No gym experience required - we teach you everything.

Pilates, running, walking, swimming, and yoga are all valuable, even circuit training. However they don't provide the specific type of loading that bone tissue responds to. ONERO® does. It's a structured, progressive program — not a general fitness class.
Developed from the LIFTMOR Australia's largest bone-loading research programs — ONERO® uses progressive resistance training to target the areas that matter most: spine and hips.
ONERO® is delivered exclusively by accredited practitioners who assess your health, set measurable goals, and supervise every session.

A one-on-one conversation and movement screen with your Exercise Physiologist. We review your background, assess how you move, and give you an honest answer about whether ONERO® is right for you. No commitment required.
If it's a good fit, we design your individual pathway. Pre-existing injuries, health conditions, mobility limitations - Exercise Physiologists are trained to work with exactly that. Nothing is generic.
You start attending your ONERO® sessions at the Manly studio. For best results, two sessions per week. Every load is measured, every movement is supervised, every session is tracked.

With over 10 years of experience in Manly, Tom has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, strength-based training and clinical programming. His approach is grounded in progressive resistance training, with a focus on bone health, musculoskeletal conditioning, and long-term physical resilience.
Tom is deeply committed to helping people learn how to lift weights effectively and safely - whether they are working through injuries, navigating health considerations, or building long-term strength. He combines clinical expertise with a practical, no-nonsense training philosophy.
Local to the Northern Beaches, Daniel is an experienced Exercise Physiologist who has worked across a broad range of conditions and clinical settings. He understands firsthand what it's like to train around injury and limitation - bringing both professional expertise and genuine empathy.
Daniel is an ONERO® certified instructor who helps people find out what structured, supervised training can look like at any starting point. He has a special interest in helping people build confidence through progressive strength training.
Yes. ONERO® is designed to be individually tailored. Your suitability check includes a thorough review of your health background, any bone density results, medications, and previous injuries. Every exercise is selected and supervised to ensure it's appropriate for your specific situation. If something isn't suitable, we modify or replace it - that's the whole point of working with an Exercise Physiologist.
A gym gives everyone the same equipment and expects you to figure it out. ONERO® is a structured, evidence-based program designed specifically for bone health. Every session is supervised by an accredited Exercise Physiologist, exercises are tailored to your stage and history, and your progress is tracked with measurable goals. It's the difference between general exercise and precision training with clinical oversight.
No referral is required. If you have a bone density (DEXA) scan, bring it along - we'll use it to help tailor your program. Otherwise, the fit check covers everything we need to determine whether ONERO® is right for you. Wear comfortable clothing and supportive flat shoes, and bring a water bottle.
More than okay - most people who come to us haven't. That's exactly why every session is supervised. We start where you are, teach proper technique from the ground up, and progress at your pace. No gym experience needed. That's the whole point.
Then we'll tell you. The whole point of the fit check is to give you an honest answer. If ONERO® isn't appropriate for your situation, we'll explain why and point you in the right direction. We'd rather you train safely somewhere else than start something that isn't right for you.
You can see if your suitable for the program and talk to an Exercise Physiologist one-on-one session with your Introductory session. No commitment, no pressure, no lock in contracts. We go through your background, you trial a few movements, and you leave with an professional recommendation.
