ONERO® is a targeted strength and impact program developed specifically for people with low bone density. The exercises and progressions are designed are intense to effectively stimulate bone tissue.
This requires exercises to be monitored and if needed, corrected in real time.

The initial assessment involves completing a comprehensive movement screen and medical screen to ensure that is safe and appropriate for you to complete the program
We'll establish the best approach for you to enter the program. It's quite normal for participants to have pre-existing injuries or conditions that could make exercises more challenging. Exercise Physiologists are trained to help you with just that!
Start attending your ONERO® sessions at the Manly studio. Noting that for best results it recommended you complete two classes per week.

Meet Daniel.
Local to the Northern Beaches, Daniel is an experienced Exercise Physiologist who has worked across a broad range of conditions and clinical settings. He is passionate about health and fitness and has a long history of playing sport. Having experienced and recovered from multiple injuries, Daniel is an ONERO® certified instructor who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to help clients train intelligently, safely, and effectively. He has a special interest in weight training and in helping older adults discover—or rediscover—what their bodies are capable of, improving how they move, function, and feel through progressive strength training.

Onero sessions are clinically designed and evidence-based, specifically targeting bone density development and maintenance.
Improving bone strength requires high-intensity and impact loading, which must be carefully prescribed and supervised by a trained allied health professional to ensure it is both safe and effective.
Regular gym classes are not designed for this purpose. They typically lack the specific loading patterns, intensities, and progressions required to stimulate bone tissue adaptation and are not delivered under clinical supervision.
Referrals are not required. We strongly recommend a DEXA scan before starting, as it helps us tailor the loading to your needs and track changes over time.
Just wear comfortable gym or loosely fit clothing that's comfortable to move in and enclosed shoes. We’ll take care of the rest.
